AM - 5 Pioneer. Long walk with Twix and then a 5 mile run. Started with the team and then cut back early. Felt good though; confidence growing. Abs after. (Solar glide 31.75)
noon - 3 Track. Took the dog for a long walk this morning and didn't get out for my run until later. Just did an easy 3 on the track here at school. (Peg blue34 201.75)
morning - 8 Border Trails. Long walk with Twix and then practice out on the trails by the airport. Had a good run and got my longest run in 2 1/2 months. Hip held up well with just a little tightness. (Peg blue34 209.75)
