AM - Didn't walk the dog this morning (sorry Twix) 'cause it was raining very hard, and I just didn't feel like going out in it. So I started the morning with my ab routine. Then did 30 min on the bike - did 2 sets of 30/30 with a 2 min steady in between. Felt a little stronger and was able to push a little more. Heart rate ave for the full time was just under 120 (and was up in the 140's for the on sections), so bringing it up from the 110 it was yesterday. Then went to walk a bit outside, but it was raining like crazy again, so I walked 15 mins in school.
