Relentless

AM - 3.25 Twix.  Abs and back to the running with Twix.  Hammy felt pretty decent - no pain, no twinge; but we kept it pretty short.  Long run this afternoon.  Hopefully it will hold up well.  Mornings are so warm, really is not a good thing.  But we did get a little bit of rain Saturday and a dusting of snow on the mountain.  (Peg blue 581)

afternoon - 12.25 Turkey Farm.  Good long run.  First half we really worked on keeping guys together with the group.  They did a solid job until their turn.  Then a few of us finished up higher (basically right at the Turkey Farm road).  We had some pickups along the way.  Pace was good, but nothing crazy.  Temps were nice with a bit of a drizzle throughout.  Hammy held up well.  (Peg green 248.5)

AM - 4 Twix.  Rainy run this morning with Twix.  A little tightness with a little extra in the hammies, but felt good to get going.  Abs as well.  (Peg Oly 456.5)

afternoon - 5.75 Dino Tracks.  Nice desert trail run with a little drizzling rain.  Running in the desert after storms is the best.  Felt pretty good.  Just held toward the back of the single file and enjoyed.  (Speedgoat 46.25)

AM - 4 Twix.  Abs and then a bit with the dog.  Could feel being a little worn down, but want to keep doubling for now because who knows what the end of the week will be.  A hazy drizzle still hanging around.  We really need the rain and snow in the mountains, so its good.  Plus it keeps the temps way warmer.  (Cumulus 387.75)

AM - 4 Twix. Abs and morning miles with the dog. 

afternoon - 8.5 Foremaster. Good run with a solid crew of boys. Added some extensions for the minutes. (Boston 278.75)

afternoon - 5.25 Boulder. Vis and I hit a few miles around CU campus before our conference. Very pretty campus. Cool old buildings; saw Folsom Field; and the creek and trail along it were awesome. (Peg Green 253.75)

AM - 4 Boulder. Headed the other direction down Boulder Creek before the conference. Ended up a very good experience (the conference). A lot of good ideas for addressing some of our program’s weaknesses. Got about 45 mins of personal time with Doug Soles of Great Oak as he joined Vis and I for lunch. (Peg Green 557.75)
