AM - 25 minute walk with Twix and then abs and weights. You would think that the ab workout and weights would be getting a little easier with time... its not.
afternoon - 6.25 Mustang Pass. Lungs were burning from the remnants of the cold. But by the time we peaked out on the pass, I was getting into a decent groove and felt better. The trail was in decent condition. (Sense 191.5)
