AM - 2 Dirt Mile.  Big day; doubled the miles!  At this rate, I will be running 64 milers in no time.  A small amount of progress, but at least it is progress.  (Connect 600.5)

I'll take the afternoon off since we have our first XC meet this evening up in Cedar - let the good times roll!
