AM - 10 on Junction. Feel so much better than after Bryce. I think with a day or two of just running and not worrying about pace, I will be able to get back to training. Didn't time the run today, but it was not much slower pace than usual based upon clock time when I left and got back. A good positive attitude to start the week off with. (cumulus red 261.6)

afternoon - 5.85 PVHS to PVMS and around the fields searching for a x-country course - no luck really.  Blasted hot!  (glycerin 482.25)

Good to hear your feeling good. No post-race crap is always nice. Enjoy the next couple days before the kids come back. I can't believe that summer is over...The plus is it's starting to get cooler!

106 degrees is not cooler! Way to get in the miles Dave.

That's one of the things that is so hard about starting school so early in the year. I think, "school's starting so it must be getting cooler." No! I'm and idiot.
