Hey Coach. I was going to talk to you today but I'm leaving for a funeral on Monday morning and wont be back to practice till Thursday. Can you let me know the workouts for those days and I'll make sure to get them done. I know I'm going to miss the Tuesday time trials so I'll make sure I get something of the sort in. Thank you.
