AM - 10 Middleton. Decent run out into Middleton and back for 9 and then took Molly around for a mile. Legs felt decent and should be ready for a solid week next week. (Cumulus white 599.6) Goals for next week: get my brain back into it. I knew this was a recovery week and I knew I had a lot on my plate with our track meet, so I kind of let thing slip (even thought the mileage was still where I wanted it). So next week, refocus. |
