AM - 10.5 Parkway/DogPound. Ran the same rout as yesterday, but through the Parkway in reverse. I didn't feel faster, but ran a bit faster on the Parkway - so I wonder if this way (top down) is just a quicker direction with the hills? I've got to get better gloves. I hate frozen hands. (F50 370.5) afternoon - 8.5 Trail to Nowhere/home. Ran just over 5 and then back to PVHS to do weights. Then home and a little with the dog. Kind of want to be not tired some time...
