afternoon - 8 DogPound/Tempo. Ran the DogPound in reverse for a warm. Then did a short progression tempo around the grass at school (which will be gone soon for a new building for the school - super bummed about that. It really seems that the only news related to school is bad news - very disheartening to be brought down all the time). Tempo started at Tinman and worked down a little - 5:59, :48, :37.
