AM - 10 Wendy's. Ry has a swim meet tonight, so I headed out early and got some miles in. Felt flat and tired from the miles the other day, but not too bad. (Oregon 236.5)

Clyde has a neighborhood garage sale tomorrow morning at 7:30am. He is not going to run with us. I will meet at your house at 6:30am and then we can drive out there. Earlier would be fine with me as well though. See you in the morning.
