morning - 15 SGM. Was able to get a later start in. Took Ry to her swim meet and had about two hours (turned out to be about 4.5) until she swam - and won by the way. Ran from SHAC up the course 7.5 - right to the top of Winchester. Ran pretty strong on the way up and hoped to get a decent push back down. Did pretty well, but not amazing. Really like this workout as it combines three essential elements: uphill, negative split, threshold tempo. A long way to go to get in great shape - plenty of time too. Tested out the new 310 - nice watch, I think I'll like it a lot. (Kinvara3 191.5) Decent week. Was able to recover a bit and still get in a couple good pushes. Goals for next week: back to 100+ if I am feeling well. Get in the weight room twice and a tempo probably Weds. |
