mid-morning - 11 Green Springs/Track. Sneaked out around lunch and hit a warmup of 6 up to GS and then got 3xmile on the track. Didn't time it, probably a good thing. But it was good to go a little quicker. Then a little cool. (Rocket 201.5)
afternoon - 4 home. Just ran home after school. First double this week and knee felt fine. Ended with Molly's Mile. (Rocket 205.5)
