noon - 8 Middleton. Still very wet and rainy out, so that threw off my plan of heading out onto some trails. Like yesterday, had some fatigue in the legs and just took it very easy. (Landreth 510.4)
ohh hey thanks coach! I thought maybe the cold had something to do with it but I never even took into account the altitude!!! I'm sad I missed the rainy runs! Happy thanksgiving.
