AM - Long walk with Twix. Abs. Super busy, so I skipped weights and got working on school stuff. 

afternoon - 6.5 FireStation desert. Slow chill run through the desert. Windy. Right achilles hurt a lot. I think it is those green Pegs; they are shot. (Glide 184.5)
