AM - 5 AC/DI. Extended a little today and felt good. I was looking at my photos from the marathon focusing a little on my form and foot strike - something that I have been trying to improve - and it was good to see that I have moved a little more to my forefoot, but it is something that I can keep working on and bring myself forward more.
