Feeling just a little better. Got a good nap yesterday and a lot of sleep last night. Hopefully I can see more progress tonight and into tomorrow. Probably won't run today.

coach, i thought i was feeling better today, but its getting worse. What should i do? i dont want to race tomorrow and make it worse so i goes into next week, but i dont want to abandon my team. I was thinking. If im not feeling good tomorrow, you could have Danny replace me for varsity and give him that chance to earn it back. But i still want my Varsity spot when i get feeling better. . . i dont know. that made sense in my head. Let me know though.
