AM - 11 Sandy. After very little sleep for some reason, ran from the hotel down into Draper on the paved trail. Picked it up a little to negative split easily on the way back. (Triumph 288.3) Week was pretty worn out. Legs were crap all week long. I'm trying not to freak out about it though, hoping it is part of the normal training cycle. Goals for next week: Mileage will be between 75-80. Let the legs freshen up a bit.
