AM - 10 Provo Canyon. Ran with Greg and Logan from the hotel up into the canyon a little. Hip felt really good. Glad I didn't have to run long or push today, though. (Landreth black 736.85) Not a bad week at all. Felt some real progress on the hip and hit two tough workouts feeling pretty strong. Goals for next week: As always, the major one is to make it through it. Just one tougher workout this week and then I would like to run the course one last time on Saturday and try a 10 (or so) mile time trial. Also, keep progressing on the hip.
