AM - 7.25 2xDI/AC. Ran the DI on my own sandwiched around AC with the team with a little extension. Leg feeling a little better each day so that is nice, but it still hurts a lot during my sleep - waking me up many times through the night. (Connect 266.75) afternoon - 5 GS. Easy recovery run up into Green Springs. Not going to lie, my legs weren't spent, but the pace was nice. The a nice set of striders - I wasn't too quick, but the grass was great. I need to find time to get out there and do a bunch of miles on it before it gets to junky. Did some lifting today, but no plyos yet. (Barefoot '12 81)(Kinvara3 55.5) |
