morning - 10.25 Pine Valley. Renegade Camp - had a great time just chillin' with some of the top guys and girls on the team. Run this morning was excellent. Ran from Robs' up into Grass Valley. Hit a very solid push on the way back into and through town. Felt great to go quick and just push. (Glide 135)
