AM - 18.2 SGM course w/ Logan and Eric. Not a bad little run, but not a whole lot in the tank either. Kept it pretty casual for the first 12 then took it down just below Tinman for the last 6. Hip didn't hurt while running, but I can barely move now. (Cumulus 158.3) Week was alright. Hit my goals and workouts pretty good. Goals for next week: the biggest goal is going to be to adjust to a new schedule w/ school meetings starting up Monday, so hit all my workouts and keep getting enough sleep. |
