morning - 5.75 (5 w/team) Parkway. Ran with Kimzey. He's a pretty stud freshman. I think he could develop into a very fine young runner. (cumulus orange 269.25) evening - 9.8 Club run out onto Entrada. Ran three at threshold with Clyde when we got back onto paved trail and extended it down to Sunset then recovered back. Although I had forgotten to set my watch to automatic splits, every time I looked at my watch it was 5:40 or quicker (mostly quicker). Felt good to get up and go a little. (Cumulus red 222.95) |
