AM - 12 Washington/Little Valley.  Ran for a bit around Dogtown today; then headed over to Little Valley to run the XC course with Logan.  We made a change or two and I think it will work out good.  Ran a few barefoot as I waited for him.  (Landreth black 715.85)(Barefoot '09 129.15)

afternoon - 4 Grapevine.  Ran out in the Five Fingers.  Hip still a bit uncomfortable.  (Five Fingers 31)
