AM - 11.25 Green Springs. Ran over to practice early and ran barefoot for a few. Then we ran into Green Springs and I went with the girls on their fartlek workout. Molly's Mile. Legs were a bit sore today - but do feel a little better after running. After a long weekend seriously pondering my running future I guess the only thing to do after a disappointing race is to get back on my feet and try again; it just seemed like the thing to do when the alarm went off.
