AM - 6 Washington Loop w/ Buena Vista extension and then around Cottonmill East w/ James. XC was running Icehouse Trail and I wanted to join them, but not today. (Stratus Bee 101.45)

evening - 3.2 Cannonville.  Went for a short little shake-out w/ Clyde once we got the camper set up.  Race should be good tomorrow.  (Stratus 540.3)
