AM - 10 Middleton.  Out to Middleton this morning.  Then took the dog around.  Runs are okay lately, but just kind of flat.  (Landreth orange 136.25)

afternoon - 8.5 River Trail.  Headed down onto the trail before the races today.  Still sluggish.  (Cumulus white 640.35)

So I was looking at the BYU entries today. Most entries look pretty legit, EXCEPT Cedar boys that is. I cant believe how much BS their times are. I would say something, but I would probably end up looking like the fool. For example, Jon H. is entered in at 4:29 and 9:45. His best 1600 is like 4:37 or so. I know it is just to have the fastest entries in the region. Ben has ran 9:46, so they put 9:45. It is just ridiculous. But I guess it just fuels my fire to want to beat them that much more. Anyways, what do you think about all that?

Greg, they have done that for years! It really pisses me off. I don't know how they get away with it - or how they think it is okay.
