afternoon - 13 Shoe/Grass.  Went out on an adventurous Shoe Run, as we had to blaze our own trail down by the river due to construction.  Then I went to the ball field and ran 5 barefoot around the soccer field and 8xbarefoot striders.  Finished off the run by taking Molly around as Rylee rode her bike.  (landreth 791.25)
