AM  - 12 Mall/2xAC/laps.  Pretty dang hard to get up this morning.  Add to that nothing in the legs and it made for some fatigued running.  (Cumulus gold 297.65)

afternoon - 12.5 2450/Fire Station/DI.  Got in a tired run, then lifted for the first time in a while.  Ended by going out and doing 8xbarefoot striders - very slowly.  (Stratus grey 65.6)

Nice workouts the last few days, doing a little speed with the kids, you've got to enjoy that.

Your looking strong. You should jump into a half or something before Squaw to see where your at. I know your schedule is packed with track and all but there has to be something open. If not I'll hold a little race for you down by the river. From the DC up to the top and then back down all the way to Bloomington and around then back up. It will start at like 4 a.m FYI.

Looks like Bill and I arent the only ones that age is catching up with.

The kids can hit back-to-back workouts like that, but me.... no way!

Clyde that is nice of you to bring back those memories - thanks! thanks a lot!
