afternoon - 10 Snake Run. Up into Middleton and onto the trails up there where we saw a snake last summer. It was nice to hit the dirt a little with the boys. 8xbarefoot striders, weights and plyos and Molly's Mile. Actually felt kind of good to do the weight/drills and half of the plyo workout.
