AM - 1 track. Long wak and abs. As the team got doing their workout, I joined Robs and Addi for a little. Planned on doing 15mins again, but after about 6 my hip pain hit again - just like last time, suddenly and painfully. So I took the heavy roller to it and worked on it for awhile. Then Py started to slip off the pack a little, so I ran a lap with her to help her finish up the workout. That didn't feel too bad, but the pain was still there. I am broken. But at least I don't have to worry about wearing my shoes out. (Levitate 283)
