noon - 12 River Trail. Ran down the trail and marked every .25 miles for my team to do workouts on. It was kind of a pain and messy to run with stencils and paint for nearly 7 miles, but its done. (Stratus 279.7) evening - 10.15 Club Run. I am feeling the affects of the long week. I have hit a lot of miles and my body is ready to rest. My goal is to just finish it up and hit the high miles this week and bring it back to 100-110 for a couple. (Stratus red 91.3) |
