AM - 5 Washington Loop. Nice little run. Made it through the whole week getting up! Tomorrow is supposed to be 15, but I am not sure how I'll do it with our run-a-thon. Last year I just ran a bunch with the kids and hit 10 or so. (Cumulus 482.05)

afternoon - 10 Junction.  Took it out nice and relaxed and just had a good solid run.  Ran in new Asics Stratus that Steve ordered for me.  Felt good: light, cushiony, and quick.  (Stratus 10).

Are you running the 1/2 marathon on the 17th? We will be camping in Snow Canyon next weekend so I hope to cheer some of my FRB friends on while my wife does the 5 k.

hey dave, are you or any other club guys running the snow canyon half? where does it start and end? i'm not signed up yet but have thought about it, i would just like to know a little more about the race.

Clyde and Steve are running for sure - I am too old to run this much I have decided! No... I'll be up in American Fork with some of my XC runners at a Pre-Footlocker race. So I'll let Clyde have this one! (As if I have a choice!)

I think it starts right up top - where the Spectrum used to run - and goes down to West Canyon, where it goes up for a while and then retraces it route - then down to Ivins and along the Parkway to the Snow Canyon ball fields. It sounds like a hairy course (that first section could beat the crap out of you and you'll won't realize it until you're running a minute slower/mile than planned at the end).

With those guys going for it I'm glad I'll be cheering. Good luck at Pre-FLW.
