AM - Walk with the dog and abs. Had to skip out on weights to get things done for the banquet tonight, but did get my rolling in.
afternoon - 7.5 Foremaster. Not a lively effort from me today, but I just kinda cruised in the back and made it through. Just a bit worn down. There was an enormous dead squirrel on the way up Foremaster. Very impressive. (Peg green 162)
