AM - 25 treadmill.  Well actually 24 on the treadmill with the last mile taking the dog around the block while pushing Laney in the jogger.  A good workout, but kind of a beast on the treadmill for that long - but I had 3 track meets recorded to help take up the time and the girls slept in a little better than yesterday to make it a lot easier.  Started off easy for a mile and then just started slowly increasing the pace.  Through in inclines similar to that of SGM - a 6% for a mile at 7 followed by 3% for the next three miles, and a .5 3% at 17.5-18 followed by a mile at 4%.  Right after that I did a progressive tempo with 2 miles at 6:00 (TM), then 2 at 5:42 (MP) and last one at 5:36 (kind of a tweener of LT and MP).  Good workout.  (Landreth orange 307.35)

Week was okay.  Hopefully I can say that I am more recovered even with the good mileage and a couple decent workouts.

Goals for next week: Pretty much the same as this week (1000's instead of miles, though).  Want to make it a very good one with the week after going to Cali and going to be just a fun week with single runs and whatever chill distance I feel like.

I second the above statement.

That sounds like a workout and a half on a treadmill. I like the hills staged at STGM distances. Sounds kind of fun in a twisted way.

Your amazing that's all I can say. Your fitness is overwhelming. Your an incredible athlete. Your definitely one day going to qualify for the OT trials.

You inspire/motivate me to keep becoming a better runner.

If there is one thing that a treadmill hopefully will do for you is make you mentally tougher after dragging something on like that!

Super impressive!

THink I've done 20km max, I agree with it making you mentally tougher though. Great workout!
