AM - 13.2 Washington Loop/Green Springs. Felt kind of sore this morning and pretty tired throughout. Got home from practice and ran Molly's Mile with Five Fingers. afternoon - 10 Sunrise. Went out on the Lava Point Trail (via King's Row to plan out route for 1000's) and on out past Sunrise - the cattle guard is exaclty 5. On the way back I decided to run through the river. So I took off the shoes and started down, but I only got a quarter mile or so and decided there were too many rocky sections to keep going. So I just swam around for a few minutes and then got back up onto the trail. (Stratus bee 717.25))(Barefoot '09 101.5)
