20 miles around Holladay with a couple short breaks to take my son to and pick him up from soccer practice, 7:09 average pace. Did 2 tempos during the run. First one was 4 miles (6:31 pace) and then after a couple mile break another 5 miles (6:37 pace). Was a big mileage week for me, maybe my biggest ever. Next week will be a recovery week with only a couple of runs planned.
