Nice to hear from ya. I don't work on the day after Thanksgiving. I might work the 2nd. Gosh, that's too far away to plan. I've been running slower than I was in the summer but I figure it's way better than not running at all, eh?
no worries, i'm slow again too. I feel like such a blog, or a jello jiggler out on a run, waddle.........
