I run two miles on the treadmill today. First running I've done since the Provo 1/2. It felt good but it still irritates my hip. That's a big bummer. Maybe I'm limited with just cycling, hiking and 5K & 10K runs.
I run 3 miles at Lake Park during lunch. My first real run in two months. It was great to see the ducks and geese and even a pelican. Felt great except for my usual injuries are kinda sore today.
