I did the elliptical for 20 and some weight lifting. Then I played racquetball with some buddies. It's gratifying to compete against people that are more out of shape than me. Even though my race times were non-stellar this year, I felt great through 4 games of racquetball whereas my rotund racquetball mates were completely flushed and out of breath all night long. They were sore for three days after we played last week whereas I was fresh as a daisy.
