Burch Hollow to Overlook and back.  There and back again...  This reminded me that aver 6 miles is a long way when trying to sustain effort and not run very often.  But I loved the outing...

LCC Quarry trail.  Loved it actually.  Finally remembered this little gem.  River was really flowing.  Beautiful and huffed and puffed up the 1100 ft rise (mostly)...great times
