Spikes back in the shoes for a run up Pipeline, burch hollow to elbow fork. the trail and the blue sky were in perfect shape. so stunning how much crap there is in the inversion when you truly get above it.
Pipeline is melting fast. Firm cool trail 3 days ago is now getting slushy in the sun exposed areas. Beautiful afternoon but trail littered with dog poo and bagged dog poo. Getting worse up there every year. Felt like poo for half the run and then alright for the 2 mile downhill.
