Good run post weekend call with little sleep. Time 34:34 avg 8:07. Again aided by a downhill 7:49 mile. Overall excited for the Ogden Half this weekend. I think the weather will be perfect. Maybe a little warm for the marathoners.
83 on Sat... I'm starting to get worried. Be there with a water canon to cool us down. Also, Jazz game on linda's bigscreen after our pasta party on Friday! Don't forget to get your race stuff on Friday!
