I live in London. I grew up skiing and played soccer my whole life. Started running in 2012.
AM: 8 miles at C-shoals trails. Best run after marathon.

Great sunny day in the city. Started out chilly with 38F; however brought too many layers (one too much); its fun to run with a hat and gloves.
