AM Run: well today's plans for an am run got blown up. We kept my brothers kids overnight. All of the children played well together and didn't go to bed until 10:30. The night was full of interruptions from a severe thunder storm, to one wetting the bed, a lost tooth, and Hudson (the youngest) homesick and wanting his mommy. Since Heidi has to be at work at 7am, I attended to their needs. Was not ready for a 4:30 am run.
PM run: another thunderstorm; cancelled baseball game. That's ok, I'll run on the treadmill once we are done with dinner. Nope; tornado warning kept us in the basement for a while, then a bad headache. We will try it again tomorrow. |
