7am run on the trails with Dave and Tony 75 degrees.  What was supposed to be a 10 mile run out and back to Piney Grove got cut short.  I slipped on one of the wet wooden bridges going down hard and injuring my IT Band.  I've been diagnosed with "IT Band Syndrome"   I'm done running for a few days :(

 

Mama tells me I can't run trails anymore.  I'm too injury prone.
