warm up at 7.5 mph (1% grade): 4 x 800 meters at 9.6 mph (1% grade) Jog at 7.5 mph for .25 - .50 laps Very difficult workout. Felt very tired. Had a hard time completing it. Worried! My back is hurting. I think it is from the large blisters on both big toes. I think I've adjusted my running style to avoid the pain in my toes, and now my back hurts...not good.
