How on earth did you run 19 miles on a treadmill? I ran 4 the other day and wanted to chew my own arm off. Now that's dedication. Great job.

It wasn't very fun. We were on spring break and I got up early to run (before my family got going). I thought it was simply crazy to try, which interestingly made it more doable.

It seems you probably have similar thoughts on some of your trail runs...correct? :-)

I got new shoes and now have two big blisters on both big toes. Ever since, I've started having back problems. I think I am adjusting my gait so my toes don't hurt as bad. And now my back is screwed up. Thoughts? I'm getting nervous as my marathon is less than 4 weeks away...
