Ran my Murray Jordan 20-miler. I got my wish as, against all odds, I saw a certain someone in Murray. I took it as a sign and ran way too fast for the remainder of my run. I split somewhere around 1:12 (7:12 pace)and 1:07 (6:42 pace) for 2:18:48 (6:56 pace) total. I felt ok except for the dehydration.

Same routine as normal. Go to lab meeting, have minor nervous breakdown, go running 9.5 miles, go to class, go to lab, run home (5 miles), watch heroes, breakdown again.

Things I can no longer think about: Murray, Mormons, Second degree burns, red hair, hot pockets, Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor dream or any musical for that matter, ice cream, balloons, gyros, ntm17 contamination, buses or trains, Chicago, prelim exams, my birthday and what tomorrow brings.

What today brought: Ran 11 miles or thereabouts up Mt Wire (7200'), where the radiotower is overlooking salt lake city.

Ran 10.6 in the morning, then played some frisbee in the evening before running home. I was completely exhausted but it was a productive day. I get some rest tomorrow.

Did three loops of liberty park. Started out easy until I started using a rollerskater to pace myself. She said "I can't believe anyone can actually run that fast", I shrugged and said she was a good pacemaker. Then some guy started running behind me and kept up with me for about 800meters before giving up. When I got home I realized I'd averaged around 6flat pace for my "easy" run. So I'm an idiot, I don't care. Maybe I'm just that fast.

Did 10.6 in the morning and a glorious 5 in the afternoon. It was glorious because I think I may be finally over my depression, I just had a massive weight off of my shoulders today and I feel like I can go on with me life.

Ran up city creek and back. Didn't choose the right shirt and got a little cold so I decided to crush it on the way back. I didn't time it, but we're looking at sub 6 pace for the second half of the run. Rain makes me faster, for some reason. Didn't feel even remotely tired at the end of the 19 miler. What!? Really? Yes that just happened.
