6x400m w/ 200m jogging rest. Originally wanted to do 3x4x400 in 80, 75, 70 but I think that's getting ahead of myself. I took essentially a year w/ no running and have been running for a week. Anyway, did 76, 79, 76, 76, 70, 68. Felt like I could have done one or two more, and the 70 and 68 felt controlled, legs were definitely tight though. Barefoot cooldown and strides. I think I pulled a muscle in my tongue hanging out with a girl last night
